XIE Yuyao

Xie Yuyao graduated from the Painting Department of Huqing College, Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology in 2023. During his university years, he watched a large number of films, which sparked his interest in cinema. In 2021, he co-founded an independent film art group called Anda Independent Film Production Commune with friends in Xi' an, and the following year, they co-directed the feature film "Flow." In 2023, he served as a producer and participated in the production of the team's directorial work "Morpheus in the Cubicle," which was nominated for several international film festivals including Nice, Macau, and San Francisco New Concept. His debut feature film "Deer" in 2025 won the Best Experimental Film award at the Ayodhya Film Festival.
