Story:
In 2015, in response to the call of China's beautiful countryside policy, Futian Lotus Agricultural Cooperative was established in Tongzhaipu Township, Henan Province. Ms. Li, the manager of the cooperative, planned to transfer 3,000 mu of land to establish a lotus base. Grandma Rong, a villager, is not willing to transfer the land to Manager Li. The film revolves around the different views and attitudes of Manager Li and Grandma Rong regarding the cooperative, trying to get a glimpse of the current socio-political picture of rural China from a grassroots perspective.
