Director‘s Statement:
"Machinimentary" in the title is a compound word of "machinima (machine-made video/game engine movie)" and "documentary." Pastinaca Videotapes Plantation hopes to show a cliché story in the form of found footage and describe the overwriting of different media on videotapes. We also hope to explore the degree of interpenetration between a subjectively created 3D universe and the real universe we live in. Meanwhile, with the help of the game features of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and the expansion of related MODS/DYOM/CLEO, a sense of "stupid physics" has been created. In addition to "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and "Grand Theft Auto: V" (Rockstar Games), the following two games are also used in this machinimentary: "Fears to Fathom - Norwood Hitchhike" (Rayll) and "Beware" (Ondřej Švadlena).
