Story:
Coco (Shi Ka), a young and affluent woman from Beijing, decides to spend a romantic and lavish Christmas vacation in Osaka. However, she ends up setting foot in Shinsekai, which means "New World." Contrary to its name, the area is historically known as one of the poorest, grittiest and seediest neighborhoods in Osaka. Although disappointed initially, she befriends a Chinese family and is gradually charmed by the neighborhood and its residents.
