One day, I notice that my mother’s hands are becoming more and more like my grandmother’s hands. My grandmother used to enjoy sitting downstairs gazing at the sky, while my mother likes standing on the balcony gazing at the trees. Until my grandmother passed away, my mother said she had no home to return to anymore. In that moment, the strong mother became as fragile as a child. Now I find myself becoming more and more like my mother, while she, in turn, becomes more and more like my grandmother. I want to use this film to express that the bond between mother and daughter will not disappear with separation.
