One day, 'they' sent me a film and asked me to develop images taken during their long journey. Yet nothing appeared in them. Was it my mistake, or theirs? As I continued developing the images they sent, I began discovering noises that had previously gone unnoticed.

By chance, I discovered a white dot in an image of the night sky, uncertain whether it was a star or noise. What exactly am I looking at? Is it a star, dust, or noise? This film begins with that question and follows a journey through the various layers of acts and devices related to the act of seeing. In the film, through a conversation with ’them,’ whose identity remains unclear, ‘I’ discover the noise that exists both inside and outside the image. From traditional optical media like the camera obscura to invisible signals such as radio waves or dark matter, the devices that allow us to ‘see’ reveal that the world we live in is filled with diverse forms of noise, interference, and vibrations. As ‘I’ track the unknown noise, I begin to question the boundaries I had previously drawn between what is ‘visible’ and what is ‘invisible.
