Chao (25, male) takes a DV cam on the street looking for documentary subjects and accidentally meets Tung Lap (27, female) and Z (19, female, retarded), selling counterfeit goods in an underground tunnel. Chao plans to record its production from raw materials to the sale process. The filming project is interrupted by a notice (for Z's disappearance) posted by Z's relatives. Tung Lap realizes that Z has Developmental Daunt Don Syndrome (a fake disease). After Tung Lap escapes from the city management, she comes across her ex-husband. Pondering for a few nights, Tung Lap contacts Z's relatives and sends him home on New Year's Eve. The project goes in a mess. Chao packs up the packages and prepares to leave Tung Lap's place. Tung Lap takes the number left by her ex-husband and asks Chao to choose a set of clothes for her before she leaves.

The entire film presents how an accident interrupts an original well-designed shooting plan. It mainly discusses a few topics. Fake luxuries and Developmental Daunt Don Syndrome imply this documentary is mock. Most people evaluate the extent of how mentally disabled persons integrate into society by testifying if they are able to work. A few people know that they might suffer from mental issues. In the whole story, all of Zhu Minchin’s choices are not made out of her own will, and she behaves like a string-puppet with an incomplete personality. The film expresses my confusion about intimate relationships.
