Director‘s Statement:
The short film tries to focus on the returned college students, from the physical transfer process of several students to the psychological experience. Without music, it is just a real mumbling. The ultimate goal is to try to let the audience immerse themselves in a few simple scenes and feel the kind of tension and expectation that may be somewhat of a type, although the public may have a strong curiosity when examining this work.
Indeed, the individual college students who have been seriously ignored in such a special period have been squeezed with too many painful and negative emotions, and its release has gradually dissipated on the way that lasted more than ten hours. What we are facing will be a new sky.
Wang Haoyang, a producer and photographer, once participated in the production of "Bravo! Juvenile": the director gave a glimpse of an Odysseus like journey home through novel, bold and stylized camera language. In this special experience, I tried to de symbolize the gradually daily epidemic prevention life, and on the contrary, partially legalized the expression of a magical reality. In this context, all serious questions and resentments gradually become abstract and alienated.
Li Ying, PhD in communication, documentary researcher: This is the most touching film about epidemic in recent years. The angle of view of the secretly shot is obviously the most hasty and lacks skills, but the pure camera manipulation and recording consciousness of the main creator (also the subject) makes the camera truly become a smooth fountain pen, which is not only a spectator, but also a spontaneous writing of suffering, fear and backup. The most ordinary but abnormal, this is the most extreme terror, and also the most powerful complaint.
