FU Tien-Yu
Born in 1973, FU received her M.A. in Media Ecology and Cinema Studies at New York University, and began filmmaking under the encouragement of director WU Nien-Jen. She of ten imaginatively transforms social issues into tender stories about women and explores characters' complex emotions. Her directorial work includes My Egg Boy (2016).
