Shuchang Xie
Shuchang Xie was born in Chongqing, China. He studied Chinese literature in Chongqing from 2005 to 2009. From 2011 to 2016 he studied Fine Arts and Film at the HFBK with the professors Michaela Melián and Wim Wenders. He then completes his master's studies with Professor Angela Schanelec. Since 2014 he works as filmmaker in China and Germany.
In 2016 he finished his very first film “per song” and in 2019 his second film “his land”.
