YANG Chuqi
Independent director. He has been involved in producing and directing several short films since 2020. Documentary films "The Rangers" and "We Wandered through the Cracks of the Walls and Were Consumed by the Tiolet" directed by him had been selected in number of film festivals. Writing film criticism on the side, and won the 2nd prize in the 6th Deep Focus Film Critics Competition. He directed his first narrative feature film “Street Spirit” on 2023.
