Story:
Wearing the costume of a traditional Chinese goddess — Chang’e — XIAOXIANG CHANG hands out leaflets in a store. However, she has nothing in common with the goddess in whose costume she is. She's a 55-year-old operator in a local punching machine factory, and her husband has been away from home for a long time. She lives with her son, an old bachelor who writes fantasy novels for a living. This day, the next door neighbor died. In the “Zaku" — a local death ceremony — Xiaoxiang meets the man who makes a living by arranging the Zaku Ceremony. Their hearts start to inch closer toward each other. But her "infidelity" seems to bring the consequences of nightmares. Later, the man leaves. Xiaoxiang still has to go back and work in the factory, and she keeps walking on the long ridges of the field......
