Guo Hengqi, director, editor. Born in Pingyao, Shanxi in 1979. In 2006, he studied post-production at Beijing Film Academy. He has edited the documentaries "Crude Oil", "Lake Shore", and the movies "Bento", "Little Lotus" and "Missing". In 2010, he completed the documentary "New Castle" and was nominated for French Reality, Canadian HotDocs, and other international film festivals, and won the best documentary at the Busan International Film Festival. In 2013, he completed the documentary "Temple" and was shortlisted for Hong Kong Documentary Film Festival, Taipei Documentary Film Festival, Beijing Independent Film Festival, etc.
